Job Description:
Daffnee Cohen Marketing is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, creative, self-starting individual to help manage client accounts in the digital marketing space.
Our firm specializes in all things digital marketing, primarily for healthcare practitioners and professionals. This includes in depth social strategies, paid ad campaigns, e-newsletter strategies, content plans, and web management.
Our reputation and our agency is very well known for our attention to detail, creativity, and compassionate approach to our clients needs, goals, and concerns. Our work is multi-faceted in that we execute and deliver successful marketing campaigns while maintaining the personal and human approach to working with clients and their teams. That being said, we have a LOT Of processes in places to make work efficient, smooth, and fun. The brain space revolves around creativity and not so much execution!
The role of this marketing account manager is primarily to manage client accounts fully including generating social media posts weekly, creating e-blasts, and managing an editorial calendar for content release. This includes being very present and active on email, Slack, and Voxer.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Very strong people skills
Direct experience in digital marketing
Very strong writing and grammatical skills. **This is a must**
Strong organizational and self-management skills (we don't micromanage!)
A strong understanding of digital campaigns such as social media, e-newsletter sends, content creation, and client engagement
The ability to think quickly and creatively to help create and execute meaningful marketing campaigns
The ability to work well in a team setting, learn our existing culture, and contribute to it in a positive way
A very positive attitude and perspective. We make things work!
Skills and Apps:
Canva *Must*
Mailchimp/Klaviyo/or other newsletter provider
Basic knowledge of Wordpress (mostly for adding new blogs)
Instagram/Meta and Meta Scheduler
Gsuite
Sheets
Docs
Tasks
Google My Business
Pay: $35 an hour
Commitment: 15 hours a week with lots of room to grow
Daily/Weekly Tasks & Responsibilities:
E-newsletters & Campaigns:
Filling in editorial calendar for the month via Drive
Creating intros and brief descriptors
Brainstorming for other creative ways to engage e-mail lists
Plan for sales and promotions as applicable
Social Media & Google Business:
Creating posts (copy and graphics) weekly for clients including a mix of static and video/reel posts
We create templates prior, these are not all new and from scratch!)
Comment and message moderation
Also batched to save time
Updating bios, cover images, and headshot as needed
Researching and using relevant hashtags
Replying to reviews
Team Communication & Meetings:
Being a point person for questions on strategy with regards to your client/s
Helping solve issues that come up
Being timely in responses via email and available for meetings as needed
